Policies

All services require a valid credit card. 

Without a deposit or valid credit card on file your appointment will not be booked. 

Full Set options are for those who currently have no lash extensions or less than 40% of existing lashes. 

Refill options are based on application time needed or percentage of lashes remaining. The better care that is taken with the lashes, the less application time needed to achieve 100% coverage.

Mini Refill: Must not be confused with a regular refill. A Mini refill is for those who have an upcoming trip or event & would like a quick touch up. Must have 80% of lashes remaining or be within 7 days since last refill/full set.

Regular Refill: Recommended every 2-3 wks to maintain a full look. You must have 40% or more of your extensions intact at the time of your appointment to be considered a regular refill. If you arrive with less than 40% lash extensions at your appointment, you will be charged a full set if time permits or you will be rescheduled and charged as a late cancellation. 

All foreign fills are welcome, but with the understanding that it will take two or more fills to achieve a  cohesive look. This is dependent on the lash application that was previously applied. Improper application will require a removal and full set.

You are able to reschedule or cancel appointments 24 hrs. prior to your appointment time. Otherwise, the credit card on file will be charged 50% of the service price for late cancellations (within 24hr of appt. time) and 100% for no shows.

Same day cancellations will be charged 50% of service cost.
